SEPA transfers
When sending money within the SEPA area, you will need to provide both your – the payer's – and the payment recipient's IBAN.
When sending money using a SEPA transfer, the money will be credited to the recipient's account within one bank day. Paper-based SEPA transfers take a day longer.
Payments of more than Euro 12,500 to or from another country have to be reported to the German Central Bank.
